’S e Àrainneachd, Cànan is Dualchas cùrsa practaigeach, a mhaireas còig no deich latha, do luchd-labhairt na Gàidhlig a tha a’ coimhead gu dlùth air na ceanglaichean eadar an cànan agus àrainneachd na h-Alba. Bidh sinn ga chumail mar a leanas ann an 2017:

  • Seachdain 1: 24-28 Iuchar ‘Cladach, Croit & Coille’
  • Seachdain 2: 31 Iuchar – 04 Lùnastal ‘Croit, Coille, Monadh is Boglach’

Àrainneachd, Cànan is Dualchas (‘environment, language and heritage’) is a five or ten-day practical course for Gaelic speakers that explores the strong links between the language and the Scottish environment. It will run in 2017 as follows:

  • Week 1: 24 – 28 July ‘Shore, Croft and Woodland’
  • Week 2: 31 July – 04 August ‘Croft, Woodland, Hill and Bog’

The principal tutor of the course is Roddy Maclean. It is hosted by Urras an Taobh Sear (Staffin Community Trust). For more information on the course in general, click  HERE.
